Fares Well at NFL-Pepsi Punt, Pass & Kick Sectionals
Former Barnstable Silver Bullets' standout Michael Pernick took
first place honors last weekend in the Sectional Competition of
the NFL-Pepsi Punt, Pass & Kick Competition and may have qualified
to advance to the New England Patriots Team Champions level at
Gilette Stadium in Foxboro next week. Pernick competed along with
Barnstable's Brendon Bindig (3rd place, boys age 8-9), Tedaro
France (7th place, boys age 10-11), Alex Pernick (4th place, boys
age 12-13), Katherine Fogarty (3rd place, Girls age 10-11), Stephanie
Rose-Holmes (3rd place, Girls age 12-13), and Vaughnay Rose-Holmes
(2nd place, Girls age 14-15).

Annual NFL Pepsi Punt, Pass & Kick Contest was a Big Success!
The
winners were tabulated for the 3rd Annual Barnstable Silver Bullets
and NFL/Pepsi Punt, Pass & Kick Competition, held at W. Leo
Shields Memorial Field on Saturday, Sept. 10, 2005. The winners
were as follows:
Boys 8/9: Brendon Bindig (1st place), Clyde Perry (2nd place);
Girls 8/9 Molly Bent (1st place); Boys 10/11 Tedoro France (1st
place), Kadeem Bailey (2nd place); Girls 10/11 Katherine Fogerty
(1st place), Teresa Rose-Holmes (2nd place); Boys 12/13 Alex Pernick
(1st place), Dylan O’Reilly (2nd place); Girls 12/13 Stephanie
